Three Hours Run, Thursday August 14, 2008

On Thursday August 14, 2008, my sister in -law and I run around 15-16 miles in three hours as part of our training for the Portland Marathon. We almost run to the Billy Chinook Lake. The photos were taken after the run.

Run around 9.7 miles in 1 hour 55 min. 13 sec. The map is not accurate. I don’t know why when I ask for the embedded code, changes the route a litle bit. But it is close enough for the purpose, I guess.

Running Log, Thursday August 7

Run @ 5 miles in 59 min. 35 sec. Feeling really slow and hot! I don’t know what is going on but lost my stamina. Yesterday I didn’t even run the 30 minutes I needed to run according to my schedule.
